Founded in 2014 by Fernando Paz, our restaurant is built on the flavors of Peru—bold, comforting, and made from scratch. What started as one family’s dream has grown into a team effort, with Fernando’s son, Angel Paz, as in-house manager and long-time staff who feel like family. Every dish reflects our roots, from street food classics to home-style meals, all served with pride and purpose.
